Biography: Phil is a big party boy, and enjoying his time being spent around fun people. He is a big flirt, and usually can never settle on just one girl. He is a great soccer player, even having a scholarship for the school team. He is an average student, only keeping his grades slightly up so he can keep hi scholarship. He is a nice guy once you get to know him. Under his party-boy persona, he is a great friend and very loyal.
